In the ongoing encounter at J&K Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) at Sempora Pampore, sources said that another para-army captain was seriously injured Sunday evening.
“A para-army captain was critically injured and he is still at the spot,” sources said.
One civilian, two CRPF men and two para-army troopers are already dead in the encounter.
Three-five suspected militants are hiding in EDI main building. They had attacked a CRPF convoy Saturday evening and then they rushed to EDI campus where they are hiding.
Army’s para troopers have already entered the building and reports said that they have already secured three stories.
The top floor of the building, housing restaurant, has been set on fire while fire fighters are on spot.
