Terming education as a potent tool for overall personality development of students, Director Information and Public Relations (DIPR), Dr Syed Sehrish Asgar, today hailed the role of private educational institutions in promoting the educational standards in J&K.
“Education is not mere getting degrees but it must focus on imbibing in ourselves high ethos and principles so that we become responsible citizens “, Dr Sehrish said while addressing the tiny tots of Toddlers’ World, a branch of JK Public School, during an Educational Fest programme.
Director appreciated the faculty and school management for shaping the little angels into a disciplined and well-mannered human. She emphasized upon encouraging extracurricular activities among the kids besides enthusing them for excellence in academics.
Dr Sehrish termed the presentation of cultural performances by the children as extraordinary and stressed on the need for further updating their talent in the field.
On occasion, several presentations were given by kindergarten pupils of the school.
