SRINAGAR: An elderly man lost his life after he accidentally slipped into a deep stream in the Boniyar area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday.
As per the reports, the deceased has been identified as Alim Din Tinda, a resident of Chotali village, who fell into the stream while walking nearby.
Locals and police rushed to the spot and retrieved him. He was shifted to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident. (KNC)
