SRINAGAR: The body of an elderly man was found in Veshow Nallah in the Khudwani area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Monday.
An official stated that some locals spotted the body in Veshow Nallah and promptly informed the police. A police team quickly reached the spot and recovered the body.
The deceased has been identified as Nazir Ahmad Sofi (65), son of Sonullah Sofi from Chirhama area in Kulgam.
Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance of the incident. (KNO)
