SRINAGAR: An elderly woman suffered multiple injuries after being chased and attacked by a pack of stray dogs in Charamgari Mohalla in the Nawab Bazaar area of Srinagar, local residents said.
The identity of the woman could not be immediately ascertained.
The incident has raised concern among residents, who said the growing presence of stray dogs in the locality poses a threat to public safety.
Residents have urged the authorities concerned to take immediate measures to tackle the stray dog problem and prevent similar incidents in the area.
