As voting for Srinagar Parliamentary seat is going on, Kashmir observes complete shutdown. The call of shutdown was given by joint resistance leadership of Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yaseen Malik.The reports coming from various city areas and peripheries are that traffic is off from the roads and shops nad business establishments are closed.

There are reports from that clashes are going in Soura and Kralpora Chadoora. The police did not confirm the report and said “all is well.”Pertinently in his latest message, Hizb Commander Zakir has warned people not to take part in elections.
