An encounter has been reported from Dodhipora village of district Kulgam. According to police statement, Kulgam police along with 9RR launched a joint operation at Dodhipora, Kulgam. The militants fired upon the the search party triggering an encounter, that was going on till the reports last came in. Details to follow.
