Former chief secretary Noor Mohammad passed away Tuesday morning.
The deceased had been ailing for some time and breathed his last at his Al-Farooq residence at Rawalpora in uptown Srinagar.
Survived by two daughters and two sons, besides his widow, the funeral prayers of Noor Mohammad shall be offered in the lawns of the Jamia Masjid Rawalpora Housing colony at 5:30 pm, after Asr prayers.
