An explosion occurred at Narbada steel factory in Bari Brahmama, Jammu Thursday killing one worker and leaving five others wounded.
According to police, the workers were processing the scrap when some explosive material went off in which one worker identified as Ranjit Yadav (45) died on the spot and five others sustained injuries.
Police has registered case of negligence against the owner of the factory while taking its supervisor into custody.
