Two militants, policeman, and civilian were killed during a gunfight in Fateh Kadal area of Srinagar district on Wednesday.
An official said that two militants, civilian and policeman were killed after a fierce gunfight erupted in Fateh Kadal area of Srinagar district.
He identified the slain policeman as Komal from Reasi district of Jammu and the slain civilian who is son house owner has been identified as Rayees Habibullah.
The gunfight broke early morning after a joint team of the state police and the CRPF cordoned off Fateh Kadal after “specific information” about the presence of some militants.

Meanwhile, all educational institutions have been closed and Internet suspended in the Srinagar district in view of the gunfight.
