Srinagar
Internet services have been suspended in Srinagar following the killing of two militants, civilian and policeman in Fateh Kadal area of Srinagar district on Wednesday morning for ‘security reasons’.
An official said that telecom operators have been asked to suspend both the mobile internet and broad brand services “as a precautionary measure”.
Earlier, two militants, civilian and Policeman were killed in a gunfight at Fateh Kadal area of Srinagar.
Meanwhile, all educational institutions have been closed in Srinagar district following the killing.
