Srinagar
Police on Tuesday recovered a female dead body from Gungbugh Nallah in Srinagar.
“Police station Shergari received an information that an unidentified female dead body is lying in gungbugh Nallah. Upon this police swung into action and recovered the dead body.”
The deceased was identified as Sumaya Akhter wife of Javed Bhat resident of Kacharpora Baghat.
A missing report about the deceased was already lodged at police station Sadder on July 9 2017. However proceedings under section174 Crpc has been initiated.
