SRINAGAR: A fire broke out in a two-storeyed shopping complex located in Lal Chowk, Anantnag district, in south Kashmir, according to sources.
The shopping complex, owned by Rayees Ahmad Narchoor, son of Abdul Hamid Narchoor, at Reshi Bazar Lal Chowk, was engulfed in flames, prompting a swift response from the Fire & Emergency Services Department. They immediately launched a rescue operation to control the fire.
As of the time this report was filed, efforts to extinguish the fire were still ongoing. (GNS)
