At least twelve shops were gutted in a fire incident in Milyal area of Kralepora Kupwara on Sunday night, officials said.
They said that fire broke out from a shop and it damaged at least 12 shops in Milyal area some 16 kilometers from the main north town in which goods worth crores of rupees got damaged.
The fire tenders including local police and locals of the area controlled the fire, they said.
The cause of fire could not be ascertained however police station Kralepora registered a case in this regard and started investigation.
