Panic spread in Baba Yousuf Mohalla of North Kashmir’s Sopore around 12pm Wednesday when fire erupted from the residential houses.
The fire, the locals said, spread fiercely and damaged three houses belonging to Farooq Ahmad Kachru, Abdul Ahad Zaki and Abdul Rehman Zaki.
As of now, the fire brigade team has doused the flames and the situation is said to be under control.
Meanwhile, the police and civil administration team has reached on the spot and has taken up investigation to find the cause of fire.
