SRINAGAR: Three shops were damaged in a fire incident in the Lal Chowk area of Srinagar on Thursday morning, officials said.
An official said that a fire broke out in one of the shops on the ground floor of a five-storey building Thursday morning.
He said that in the incident, three shops were damaged, while the fire was later extinguished by the Fire and Emergency department.
“The cause of the fire is being ascertained, while no loss of life has been reported in the incident,” he said.
