A Mechanical transform workshop and many Chinar trees around the workshop were damaged on Saturday in an accidental fire in Solina area of Srinagar city.
An official said that the accidental fire engulfed the workshop around 8:30 am on Saturday morning damaging twelve electricity transformers, and many Chinar trees around the workshop.
However, fire and emergency men were pressed to douse the flames and no loss of life has been reported.
The cause of the fire is yet to ascertain.
