Fire engulfed Café Robusta and Lounge here Tuesday afternoon.
Eyewitnesses said that the top floor of the building housing Café
Robusta Lounge (CRL) was devastated in the fire while fire fighters were trying to douse the fire on busy Maulana Azad Road.
The cause of the fire is being ascertained, sources said.
Meanwhile, city centre is witnessing a huge traffic jam due to the fire incident with commuters facing one of the worst ever jams in Kashmir.
