SRINAGAR: A fire broke out in a single-storey house and a firewood store in the Danhama Harwan area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Wednesday evening, officials said.
Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES) personnel were immediately dispatched to the scene to control the flames and prevent further damage. Firefighters are actively working to contain the blaze and ensure the safety of nearby properties, an official said.
No casualties have been reported so far, and authorities are investigating the cause of the fire. (JKNS)
