On the first working day, after Darbar move, fire broke out in the civil secretariat building in Jammu, the winter capital of state.
As per reports fire erupted in one of the offices headed by Urban Development Minister Nawang Rigzin Jora but it was soon doused by the employees present in the office.
However as per the initial reports the fire was caused by short circuit but there has been no official statement so far.
