SRINAGAR: Officials have announced that the first batch of 630 Hajj pilgrims will arrive in Srinagar on Tuesday following the conclusion of the Hajj pilgrimage.

The pilgrims will arrive in two flights at the Srinagar international airport today after completing their Hajj journey.

The return flights for all Hajj pilgrims from Saudi Arabia to Srinagar are scheduled from July 18th to August 2nd.

Today, two flights are scheduled, with the first flight departing at 08:15 am and the second at 12:15 pm, carrying a total of 630 pilgrims.

Shujaat Ahmed Qureshi, Executive Officer of the JK Hajj Committee, stated that necessary arrangements have been made to facilitate the arrival of the Hajj flights.

This year, a total of 12,067 pilgrims, including 6,698 men and 5,369 women, embarked on the holy pilgrimage. Notably, 111 women without Mahram also participated in the Hajj this year.
