Five CRPF personnel sustained injuries when the gypsy they were travelling in collided with a truck at Chanderkot, Ramban at 11.30 AM.
“On getting information, police and rescue team rushed to the spot and shifted all the five injured to District Hospital Ramban,” an official statement said Sunday evening.
DDC Ramban Farooq Shah Bukhari visited DH Ramban to enquire about the injured persons. DDC immediately asked for helicopter facility for shifting of injured persons to GMC Jammu for specialized treatment.
Injured included SI Sohan Singh, HC Lal Thundu, CT Jasbir Singh, CT Jeet Kumar and CT Jasbir Singh (driver), the statement added.
