Suspected militants on Thursday night attacked a CRPF party in Awantipora town of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, however, there were no reports of any loss or damage.
Reports said that the militants fired upon a CRPF vehicle near Kharmod in Awantipora around 1 am and fled from the spot.
However, soon after the attack the area was cordoned off by the forces to nab the assailants.
