Srinagar: As the crises in Kashmir are deepening, senior Congress leader and former home minister P Chidambaram said on Saturday said that “Governor’s rule” is “honourable course” for Jammu and Kashmir government.
This statement was made by him in a series of Tweets.
“Glad more people have realised PDP-BJP (Peoples Democratic Party-Bharatiya Janata party) government is a disaster.”
“The honourable course for… CM of J&K (Mehbooba Mufti) is to snap the coalition with BJP and make peace with the people.”
“If that means a spell of Governor’s rule, so be it.”
