Four residential houses were damaged in two separate fire incidents in Budgam and Srinagar, police said on Sunday.
Fire broke out in the residential house of Abdullah Bijran resident of Kachwari Budgam resulting in damage to the said house. Fire tenders brought fire under control with the help of police and locals.
In another incident, fire broke out in the house of Rafia Begum resident of Baranpather Batamaloo, Srinagar. Fire engulfed the nearby three residential houses belonging to Mohammad Yousuf, Abdul Rouf and Javaid Ahmad, resulting in damage to all the structures. Fire tenders brought fire under control with the help of police and locals.
However, no loss of life or injury was reported in these incidents.
