SRINAGAR: The Pulwama district police have ordered a reshuffle of four Station House Officers (SHOs) and shifted two probationary Deputy Superintendents of Police (DySPs) for practical training.
According to an order issued by the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Pulwama, on August 17, probationary DySPs Mohd Waseem and Fizza Hamid have been moved from their present places of posting for practical training.
Mohd Waseem, presently posted at Police Station Pulwama, will undergo training at Police Chowki (PC) Pulwama, while Fizza Hamid, posted at Police Station Litter, will undergo training at PC Kakapora. The training is scheduled from August 16 to September 15, 2026.
Following the reshuffle, probationary DySP Sehrish Mehraj, presently posted in District Pulwama, has been posted as SHO Police Station Kakapora.
Inspector Showkat Ahmad has been shifted from Police Station Kakapora and posted as SHO Police Station Litter.
Inspector Zahoor Ahmad, presently posted at PC Lassipora, has been posted as SHO Police Station Rajpora, while Inspector Mohammad Rafiq has been shifted from Police Station Rajpora and posted as SHO Police Station Pulwama.
The officers have been directed to assume their new assignments with immediate effect and until further orders.
