Fresh thunderstorms creating havoc have been reported from several parts of JK since Thursday morning.

In Ladakh’s Nubra valley, the unconfirmed reports said, the thunderstorm has spread panic as seven people are said to be missing in the occurrence. The missing have been identified as Ali, Jan Bi, Shamsher, Talib, Roqee, Karim and Zainab. All the missing are said to be the residents of village Bogdang, Leh.

Thunderstorms have also been reported from Pathanbagh area of Srinagar’s Nishat.

Notably, the weather in Kashmir turned damp once again early Thursday morning when a fresh thundering shower of this season started drenching valley.

Already, thunderstorms and cloudbursts that struck in many parts of valley lately have created panic in several parts of valley.

The fresh rainfall has again beefed up flood scare in public on face of swelling Jhelum and water-logging in several parts of valley.
