Hurriyat Conference (G) chairman, Syed Ali Geelani, who has been put under house arrest in his Delhi house on Monday, issued fresh protest calendar against the hanging of Afzal Guru, parliament attack victim.
Geelani has called for complete shutdown on February, 20 and 21, the shutdown will follow by protests after Jummah prayers after 12 PM, on Friday, February 22.
Geelani has appealed the people to hold protests from Nimaz-e-Magrab To Isha on February 19, 20 and 21.
“Torch bearing processions to be carried out after Maghrib Prayers on Wednesday and Thursday,” Geelani appealed.
The next calendar will be issued on Friday, February 22. The statement said.
