Residence of Hurriyat (G) chairman Syed Ali Geelani at Hyderpora Srinagar was sealed on Sunday by police amid to foil a scheduled release of his book.

Written on poet and philosopher Allama Iqbal,Geelani was going to release third volume of the book titled as “Iqbal: Rohi Deen Ka Shinasa.”
As per reports, policemen had laid siege around his residence-cum-office of octogenarian leader .
People from different walks of life were expected to attend the book release function, however, nobody was allowed to enter inside.
