SRINAGAR
In its endeavour to apprise medicos in valley of latest technology in research methodology, department of community medicine (SPM), Government Medical College Srinagar conducted three-day research methodology workshop for doctors of GMC Srinagar and it’s associated hospitals from April 21 to 23 in it’s conference hall.
According to organisers, the workshop accredited with 12-CME Credit Hours by J&K State Medical Council dealt extensively on research protocol and process including research types, research questions, study design,  sampling, statistical analysis, study instruments and research ethics.

The workshop was inaugurated by Dr Rafiq Ahmed Pampori, Principal / Dean, Government Medical College Srinagar while Prof. Muneer Ahmad Masoodi distributed accredited certificates of participation at the valedictory function.
Pertinently this was the fourth such workshop conducted in last ten months by SPM Department GMC Srinagar and around 105 faculty members and doctors were trained in research methodology in biomedical research.
