Home Secretary designate Anil Goswami Saturday held a meeting with senior officers of CRPF, BSF, ITBP and SSB at Recruit Training Centre, CRPF, in Srinagar.
According to an official spokesman, during the meeting the senior officers of respective forces gave presentations on the duties being performed by them in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
“The security and Law & Order situation of the state were also discussed”, he said.
“The Home Secretary (Designate) appreciated the work done by the Central Armed Police Forces in bringing near normalcy in the state”, he added.
The meeting was attended by Rajdeep Singh, Special D.G, BSF, Vivek Dube, Special D.G, CRPF, V.S. Yadav, IGP CRPF, Srinagar, Nalin Prabhat, IGP (OPS) Kashmir, CRPF, Kuldeep Dhar, IGP, CRPF Jammu, Rajeev Krishna, IGP, BSF Jammu Frontier and other senior officers of CAPFs.
