Government on Wednesday transferred five KAS officers.
Showkat Ahmad Beigh, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary in the Agriculture Production Department.
Rifat Arif, KAS, Administrator, Associated Hospitals, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department.
Mufti M Fareed-ud-din, KAS, Commissioner, Relief Organization (migrants), Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Srinagar, against an available vacancy.
Ghulam Rasool Kumar, KAS, Deputy Labour Commissioner, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Administrator, Associated Hospitals, Srinagar, vice Rifat Arif. Krishan Lal, KAS, Deputy Labour Commissioner (Central) shall hold the additional charge of the post of Deputy Labour Commissioner, Srinagar, till further orders.
Sham Lal, KAS Additional Secretary to the Government, Cooperative Department, is transferred and posted as Executive Director, Mubarak Mandi Heritage .Society, Jammu, relieving Vishesh Pal Mahajan, KAS, Joint Director, Tourism, Jammu of the additional charge of the post. He will take over the charge of the post upon completion of the Yatra duty-2017.
