Governor Satya Pal Malik on Thursday inaugurated much-awaited traffic grade separator at Tourist Reception Centre (TRC) crossing Srinagar.
The project missed its initial date of completion by more than two years and has been completed in 4 years.
The foundation stone for the Grade Separator was laid by Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed in December 2015 and executing agency was given one year’s time to complete it.
Speaking on the occasion, Governor Malik said, “By June this year, all the three phases of Jehangir Chowk-Rambagh flyover will be made fully operational.”
