Jammu and Kashmir government on Friday ordered transfers in the administration.
In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect.
According to a Government Order No. 743-GAD of 2018 issued by the General Administration Department (GAD, Anoo Malhotra, KAS Additional Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Administration) Jammu, is transferred and posted as Incharge Excise Commissioner, Jammu and Kashmir.
Shamim Ahmad Wani, KAS, Additional Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Administration) Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Incharge Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Jammu and Kashmir.
Further, Prediman Krishen Bhat, KAS, Additional Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Tax Planning), shall hold the charge of the post of Additional Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Administration), Jammu, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
As per second Government Order No: 726-GAD of 2018, Jaffar Hussain Sheikh, Junior Scale KAS officer of 2011 Batch, awaiting orders of adjustment, is hereby posted as Under Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department. He is also designated as Public Information Officer (PIO) for General Administration Department (Vigilance).
As per another Government Order No. 7424AD of 2018 Dr Vikas Dhar Bhagati, Jr. Scale KAS, awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department, is posted as Administrative Officer in the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board vice Rehana Akhter Bijli.
Gurpreet Singh, Jr. Scale KAS, awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department, is posted as Under Secretary in the office of Chief Secretary.
