Jammu and Kashmir government ordered transfers in the administration.
In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect.
As per government order No. 9724AD of 2018, issued by the General Administration Department (GAD, Ravinder Kumar Bhat, KAS, Director, Rural Development, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K SC, ST and OBC Development Corporation, against an available vacancy.
Mohammad Mumtaz Ali, KAS, Additional Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission, is transferred and posted as Director, Rural Development, Jammu, vice Ravinder Kumar Bhat.
Khalid Majeed, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Vigilance and Inspections), Jammu, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission.
Rakesh Magotra, KAS, under orders of transfer as Additional Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission, is posted as Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Vigilance and Inspections), Jammu, vice Khalid Majeed.
Tufail Matoo, Project Director, Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan, is transferred and posted as Director, Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
Abdul Rashid War, KAS, Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Project Director, Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan, till further orders.
