Three CRPF personals were injured when a grenade was hurled at a Hotel in which personnel of 179 BN are stationed in the North town of Sopore. The incident took place this afternoon.
According to a police statement, “unknown militants hurled a grenade at CRPF 179 BN stationed in Hotel Plaza near Bus Stand Sopore, resulting in injuries to three CRPF personals.”
Police said that that all the injured were shifted to Hospital for treatment. Sopore Police has registered a case and investigation is on. The police statement said.
