SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Haj Committee has announced that the arrival phase of Haj flights will commence from June 17, 2025, with the first batch of pilgrims scheduled to land at the Srinagar International Airport at 8:30 PM.
According to a notification issued by the Committee, based on communication received from the Haj Committee of India and SpiceJet, the first return flight, SG-5317, is expected to arrive in Srinagar on June 17. The departing date of this batch was May 4, 2025.
The relatives of pilgrims who wish to receive their loved ones at the airport are advised to download vehicle passes from the official website at least two days prior to the arrival.
The Committee also informed that the timing for the remaining Haj return flights will be announced separately in due course. It further noted that immigration and luggage collection procedures will take approximately one hour after the flight lands.
This marks the beginning of the return journey for thousands of Haj pilgrims from Jammu and Kashmir who had departed earlier in May for the annual pilgrimage.
