According to the Executive Officer, Jammu and Kashmir State Hajj Committee, all aspiring pilgrims who have deposited their Hajj application forms for Hajj-2015 are asked to collect their cover number slips from the offices of respective Deputy Commissioners from March 07, 2015 to March 10, 2015 against production of provisional receipt.
However, the Hajj applicants belonging to district Srinagar shall collect the same from Hajj House, Bemina. The cover number slips can also be downloaded from Hajj Committee of India/State Hajj Committee websites (www.hajcommittee.com and www.jkshc.com).
The applicants are asked to report any error in the details shown in the cover number slip to J&K State Hajj Committee office for correction up to March 10, 2015 positively. Errors/mistakes reported after March 10, 2015 will not be entertained.
Meanwhile, As per the information received from Deputy Commissioner Budgam all the aspiring Haj pilgrims of the District who have collected their Hajj forms for the Hajj 2015 are informed to bring their tokens along with them to receive the Hajj cover form numbers which are to be issued till March 07, 2015.
