Jammu and Kashmir High Court has sought personal appearance of the Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) Commissioner G N Qasba, in the court on Tuesday along with the details of the assets of erring officials of the Corporation.
A Division Bench of the High Court comprising Justice M H Attar and Justice Ali Mohammad Margay while hearing a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) on the violations of Srinagar Master Plan directed the Commissioner SMC to appear before the court on Tuesday along with details of movable and immovable properties of the erring officials and officers of the Corporation.
