Srinagar: After a few gunshots were heard in Lal Chowk area of Srinagar this afternoon police resorted to heavy teargas shelling to disperse protestors assemble around commercial areas in the city. The tear-smoke filled Press Enclave and adjoining areas as people rushed to safety.
