SRINAGAR: The High Court of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh has issued an order nominating nodal officers for coordination and information submission in connection with the Judicial Infrastructure Assessment, pursuant to a communication dated May 18, 2026 from the Judicial Infrastructure Advisory Committee.
According to Order No. 797 of 2026/RG/Infra issued by the Office of the Registrar General at Srinagar on May 21, the Chief Justice has nominated Justice Sanjay Dhar as the Judicial Nodal Authority to coordinate with the committee headed by Justice Aravind Kumar of the Supreme Court of India.
The order further states that designated officials have been appointed as nodal officers at different levels to facilitate the process.
The Registrar Vigilance has been nominated as the Administrative Nodal Officer, while the Registrar Computer (IT) has been designated as the Technical Nodal Officer. In addition, all Principal District and Sessions Judges have been appointed as District Level Nodal Officers.
The appointments have been made for the purpose of furnishing information and questionnaires related to the judicial infrastructure assessment exercise.
