Hizb-ul-Mujahideen posters surfaced in Keller area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district villages on Thursday.
According to an official, militants have appealed people to remove barbed fencing from orchards and warned SPOs to resign from a job in a week’s time. In posters they have appealed all those SPOs, working in the police department to resign within a week, and appealed people to erase the barbed fences from orchards.
Pertinently, such cases were reported from the district earlier also in which militants appeal the masses to erase barbed wires from their orchards.
