JK Pradesh Congress Committee expressed deep shock and grief over the killing of a youth due to teargas shell at Zainakote (Srinagar) today.
“Describing this incident most unfortunate,” PCC Chief, G A Mir, strongly condemned killing of young boy.
“This tragedy could have been avoided,” he said in a statement.
Expressing serious concern over this incident, PCC Chief said, “security forces should exercise restraint while dealing with Law and order situation.”
