A five member deputation of Hurriyat Conference (g) Sunday visited the residences of three local youths who were killed in an encounter on Friday. They have condemned the act of mutilation of two bodies beyond recognition.

As per a statement, “On the directions of Syed Ali Geelani a deputation comprising of Mohammad Yusuf Makroo, Bashir Ahmad, Sabzar Ahmad, Muzafar Ahmad visited Hasan Pora and paid tributes to slain youth Majid Zargar, Raheel Amin and Arif Amin Shah.”

The deputation has also offered funeral prayers in absentia and in their condolence message they extended their sympathy with bereaved families. “These youth despite being highly qualified are sacrificing their lives for a great and sacred cause. This depicts their dedication and determination that youth in state will never accept hegemony of India and its occupation on military might,” the deputation said in their condolence meeting.

The deputation in their heartfelt tributes to slain youth said that their bodies were mutilated beyond recognition. “No ethics on earth allows such kind of brutality and this convey a clear message that India and its stooges neither follow any discipline nor an ethics,” reads the statement.

Strongly ridiculing the police statement about slain youth Aarif Ahmad Shah, the deputation said that story of a stray bullet is nothing but a ‘brazen lie’.

Meanwhile Syed Ali Geelani in his condolence message has expressed his deep grief over the demise of GH Mohammad Mir (Khurhama Lolab), father of party activist Ab Ahad Mir.
