Former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah took to twitter in congratulating the second position holder of IAS 2016, Athar Aamir ul Shafi Khan.
In his first message, Omar wrote, “Heartiest congratulations to Aamir ul Shafi Khan of Devipora, Anantnag for standing second in the UPSC exams this year. Well done young man.”
Omar in his second message wished luck for the young man, “May your star shine bright & may you bring laurels to your family, your state & your country. All the very best for a bright future Aamir.”
