IBPS Announces Recruitment Drive for 6,215 Vacancies Across Multiple Posts; Applications Open Until July 21

   

DELHI: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), the nodal recruitment agency for India’s public sector banks, has released a major recruitment notification for 6,215 vacancies across various positions, including Probationary Officers, Management Trainees, Specialist Officers, Clerks, Office Assistants, and IT professionals. The application process is now open and will close on July 21, 2025.

According to the official notification, the bulk of the vacancies, 5,208 in total, are for the posts of Probationary Officer and Management Trainee under CRP PO/MT-XV. Eligible candidates for these posts must have completed graduation in relevant subjects. Applicants must be between 20 and 30 years of age as of July 1, 2025, with age relaxation applicable as per government rules. The application fee has been fixed at Rs.. 175 for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates, and Rs.. 850 for all others, inclusive of GST.

The selection process will be based on performance in an online examination followed by a personal interview. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.. 48,480 to Rs.. 85,920, depending on the post and experience.

The recruitment also includes 1,007 posts under the CRP SPL-X notification for Specialist Officers. These include 203 posts of IT Officer, 310 of Agricultural Field Officer, 78 of Rajbhasha Adhikari, 56 of Law Officer, 10 of HR/Personnel Officer, and 350 of Marketing Officer. Eligibility criteria vary according to the specialisation and include degrees in engineering, agriculture, law, management, or other relevant fields. The age range and application fee structure remain the same as for the PO/MT category.

Interested candidates must fill out the online application form on the official IBPS website and retain a printout for future reference. Final selection will be strictly based on merit through a combined assessment of the online examination and interview performance.
