Expressing deep concern over “growing communal politics” in J&K, a delegation of “intellectuals” from Jammu Friday met with the senior separatist leader Shabir Shah at the latter’s party headquarters in Srinagar.

The delegation of International Democratic Party led by its chief ID Khajuria deliberated on present political situation of the state—especially on the “growing communalism of RSS and its communal politics in the J&K”.

It also called for joint efforts to tackle the growing RSS interference and its threat to the state.

Both the leaderships pledged to counter the RSS’s “wicked plans” of dividing the state and to fight for the right to self-determination—besides expressing sorrow over the government’s “anti-Urdu policy” saying “this all is done at the behest of people sitting on Nagpur”.
