SRINAGAR: National Conference president Farooq Abdullah on Thursday said that the opposition INDIA bloc remains fully united, rejecting suggestions of any internal divisions following recent electoral setbacks.
The former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister said the party’s highest decision-making body had held detailed discussions on strengthening coordination among alliance partners and reviewing key political developments.
“We are together. There is no division in the INDIA bloc,” Abdullah stated.
He also expressed concern over alleged electoral irregularities, accusing certain quarters of “vote theft”. Abdullah further said he hoped the matter would ultimately reach the Supreme Court for a fair and transparent judgment. (KNS)
