Authorities on Saturday snapped the Internet service in Sopore town following the cordon and search operation in Hathlangoo area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Reports said that soon after forces launch CASO the authorities suspended the Internet service in Sopore town.
Earlier a joint team of army’s army’s 22 RR, CRPF and SOG of Jammu Kashmir Police launched the operation after the militant movement was detected in the area.
Locals said that a large number of troops have been deployed in the area and door to door search operation has started in the area.
