In an encounter between the police, Army and the militants Tuesday early hours, a top most Jaish commander has been killed in the Garewad village of Lolab.
The police spokesperson while confirming the incident has said that Qari Yasir, who was a top most Jaish Commander, was killed by the police component and Police Kupwara with the assistance of Army at Garewad in Lolab.
